Eligible Candidates

•     Professionals and salaried employees who have been working with the same
       employer or have been in the same business for at least 2 years.

•     Minimum salary Category A (US$ 400 – US$ 3.300) for a maximum
       loan amount of US$ 120.000.

•     Minimum salary Category B (US$ 3.300 and above) for a maximum
       loan amount of US$ 250,000.

•     Self-employed applicants with at least 3 years financial track record.

•     Mandatory Salary Domiciliation
      (flexible depending on other guarantees provided by applicant).

•     Monthly repayments not exceeding one-third of the applicant's salary
      (or one-quarter for the Self-Employed).

•     Additional guarantor may be required depending on the case.

Terms & Conditions:

•    Mandatory Life Insurance (only available in upfront payment or Installments
     to be included in the monthly payments).

•    House, Fire & Natural Disasters Insurance policies are also obligatory covering
     100% of the loan amount + interest.

•    First degree mortgage over property in favor of the Bank.

•    Amount of loan is 80% of expert report for private sector & self employed clients

•    Amount of loan is 90% of expert report for public sector clients

•    Applicant must repay the loan by the age of 64

•    A copy of the personal ID Card or the family ID Card ( not more than 3 months old)

•    Authenticated Letter from the employer (not more than
      one month old) stating the salary, job title and years of employment

•    Proof of residence (not more than 1 month old)

Self – employed applicants Conditions:

•    A financial track record for the last 3 years (upon availability)
     OR an authenticated Letter from the local Mayor stating the years
     of profession practice (more than 5 years)

•    A Statement of Account for not less than 3 months ( if available)

•    The monthly repayments should not exceed of the ¼ applicant’s income.

Besides any other documents the Bank may deem necessary for the file.
